taking shots?

Postby imstilllearning » Wed Jun 23, 2010 12:05 am

So last week i took a shot at my first $2.25 games. My bankroll was $110. I played 6 games cashed in one and lost the other 5. Is 6 games too short of a shot for a certain level. Or should i continue to try even though i'm loosing. My biggest issue was getting used to the level of tightness and longer lenght of the game. But this time around i'ma try to be more patient i felt as though i was off my game and tried to make moves at the wrong times.

no point in moving up if your are going to move back down in 6 games. Set yourself a stop limit of say $75 and carry on playing until you go below that level. If you can build a BR on th $1 games then the $2 should be relatively easy still.
A computer beat me at chess once.
But, it was no match for me at kick boxing.
